How would you respond? Post your thoughts in the comments below, or on our Facebook page under this post. Don’t forget to listen to our podcast on Tuesday to hear my response, or look for my written response next Thursday.
The 20th century was the bloodiest century in human history and the great majority of those deaths came at the hands of atheistic regimes…

When leaders need to charge people to fight till death, they need to motivate/hypnotize them with the idea worth to die for. The only overarching ideas available for thousands of years were “for our common independents/survival”, or “for the God”, or “for your God on Earth” (meaning your pharaoh, king, tzar, General Secretary, etc.). That includes all religions, including dogmatic ideologies like “communism”. Why would leaders wanted a war – that is a completely different discussion, but major reasons are having more land, more power, feeding a huge ego.
