A Lesson in Tactics and Evangelism from a Samaritan Woman

Long story short, he asks her for a drink of water, tells her everything she ever did, and declares himself to be the foretold messiah. It’s a great passage, but her response gives us an interesting lesson in tactics and evangelism.

Dangerous Assumptions Part 2

In my last post, I told the story of finding a stray dog while out for a walk.  I have no new updates on “Rocket’s” status at this point.  We still have not found his owner.  He appears happy and content with us for the moment.    As I wrote about our finding Rocket, I began to realize that Continue Reading

Christians, How are You Treating Other Christians?

We are coming at the same discussion from different views, and then getting angry at each other because of it. How are we treating other Christians? I think there’s a few things we all need to keep in mind when faced with this question.

4 Reasons Apologetics Benefits You

If you’ve ever tried to share your convictions with someone (and if you’re a Christian, I would hope that you had!), you know how intimidating it can be.   I’ve been there.  We don’t want to be the one getting tongue tied and fumbling for words. Getting a conversation started is usually the hardest part of Continue Reading
